e-CSTP Application (hereinafter referred to as "App"), is an application developed to access Technician or Master Trainer certification service details. It allows you (hereinafter referred to as "User") to view or download certification details and function as an electronic identification card for both Technician and Master Trainers upon logging in the application. You can also scan Quick Response or better known as QR code to view either Technician and Master Trainer details.
e-CSTP is owned and operated by the Department of Environment, Ministry of Environment and Water, Malaysia. The Government assures that the collection of your personal data is aligned with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709)
The app will not record the user’s Personal Data except with the permission and voluntarily provided by the user. Information collected is used for certification services purposes by Government authorities in conjunction with Certification Service Technician Programme. The information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.

Personal Data collected by the App will be kept confidential in accordance with this Privacy Policy in accordance with any applicable laws which may take effect from time to time.
This App implements security features which adheres to global standards to protect the confidentiality and security of User’s information. Data in transit are encrypted, while data at rest is stored in a highly secured server.
This App collects anonymised data about your device and OS (e.g. device model, OS version) to help us improve the App and provide a better user experience.
